CSP CONTROLS CLIENT PAYMENTS

TicknPay provides an integrated digital platform to enable the CSP to have effective management and control of the Client SME when supplying director services.

TicknPay workflows are designed to assist you in efficiently managing these obligations.

With the CSP Pack the CSP manages a Master Account with IBAN where all incoming payments arrive. As required, the CSP can transfer funds to a Sub-Account managed by the Client.

The Client SME uses the Sub-Account to make payment by bank transfer (SEPA Payment) and Mastercards. The Client can only make Bank Transfers to the beneficiaries previously approved by the directors.


SME Tools

The Client SME enjoys a payment account with the ability to receive payments and pay business expenses / costs by SEPA Payment bank transfer and Mastercard cards.

Further they can attach images of invoices and receipts to all transactions.


Realtime financial information

The Client attaches invoices and receipts to all incoming credits to the account and payments by bank transfer and Mastercard. At all times the directors have simple and quick access to confirm transaction documents.

If something does not look right, lock the card or lock the Sub-Account.


CSP Accounts

Clients transactions through the TicknPay system are exported to the CSP’s accounting system for simplified time saving preparation of client’s accounts.

Export can include accounting categories and images of invoices and receipts.
